Change CZ Domain Owner - change cz domain owner

This command creates a request to change the owner of a CZ domain. The actual ownership change will only be carried out after it has been confirmed by both the current and the new owner.

A successful response contains details of the confirmation request, including the URL of the page where the confirmation procedure is described.
